Remuneration:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $48,526 p.a., comprising salary rates $40.18 - $55.25 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HWF3) (Two Permanent Part Time Positions, 30.4 hours p.f.). (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
Your opportunity:
- Provide culturally sensitive social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and families with a mental illness across all clinical components with multi-disciplinary teams of the Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services (WBMHSS).
- Develop, implement and deliver primary health care within an integrated mental health service environment with a multidisciplinary team focus including prevention, education, intervention and promotion activities and strategies to individuals, families and community groups. The provisions of these services are to consumers and carers experiencing and affected by serious mental health disorders and other serious mental health problems across both the community and inpatient settings.
- Develop and strengthen celebrative partnerships and referral pathways with Indigenous Community Control Health Services and Non-government organisations.
